How setup works

One thing live at a time

Nothing is switched on all at once. Each part goes live on its own, is checked against how the property ran before, and only then is the next one added.

  1. Week 0

    Connect and listen

We connect to your system of record, read how the property runs today, and agree the rules: what an agent may answer, what always goes to a person, and who is on call.

    Your team: one kickoff call
  2. Week 1

    The phone and the texts

The first thing that goes live is usually the line after hours: answered, logged, and handed to the right person. Nothing else changes yet.

    Live: after-hours answering
  3. Weeks 2–3

    Leads and requests

Prospects are texted back and followed up; resident requests are captured and routed. Your team sees one inbox and one board.

    Live: leasing follow-up, requests
  4. Weeks 4–6

    Maintenance, turns and renewals

Work orders route to technicians, the crew works from their phone, turns are tracked to ready, renewal offers are drafted for approval.

    Live: operations
  5. Week 8

    Measure and report

We measure against where you started, and owners see their own properties in the portal. From here it keeps running, and keeps improving.

Questions operators ask

How much of our team's time does it take?

A kickoff call, then a short check-in as each part goes live. The point is to take work off the team, not add a project.

Do we have to change systems or migrate data?

No. Your system of record stays where it is; Multiz connects to it.

Can we stop after the first part?

Yes. Each part stands on its own, and you decide when to add the next.
