About
Built by operators
Multiz started inside a property operation, not a software company. We built it to run a community of homes, and we use it every day before anyone else does.

Why it exists
The work between the systems
A property already pays for good software: a system of record, accounting, a phone line, listings. What it does not have is anyone doing the work between them. The call at 10:41pm, the follow-up nobody sent, the work order retyped from a text, the renewal that started late.
We ran into that every day on our own property, so we built agents that do that work, inside the rules we set, handing anything they should not decide to a person. It worked well enough that other operators asked to use it. That is Multiz.

What we hold to
Evidence over adjectives
We say what it does and show it. If a claim cannot be checked, it does not go on the page.
A person decides
Agents do the work; anything that matters goes to someone who can decide.
Nothing moves
Your system of record stays yours. We work on top of it.
We use it first
Every change runs on our own property before it reaches yours.
