Approvals and control

Nothing changes without a rule or a yes

Every change Multiz wants to make in your system of record is listed, checked against your rules, and either approved automatically or waiting for a person. Every agent can be switched off.

How it works
An apartment community at dusk, street lights on and windows lit.

Writes

Every change, listed before it happens.

Closing a work order with photos can be automatic. Posting a charge or changing a rent waits for a person. You decide which is which.

  • Rules per kind of change
  • Anything sensitive waits for a person
  • A log of every change, who approved it and when

Roles

Operators, crew, owners and investors each see their own part.

Questions operators ask

Can Multiz change rent or post charges on its own?

Only if you create a rule for it. By default those wait for a person.

What if something goes wrong?

Switch the agent off; the log shows exactly what it did.

Who can approve?

The people you give that role to.
